Racing-chair donation supports Central African Republic’s development

The Central African Republic was among six African NPCs receiving racing wheelchairs through a French Paralympic Committee initiative at the Lyon 2013 World Championships. The IPC described low-cost equipment produced by Motivation UK, intended to make wheelchair racing more accessible. The handover formed part of wider support for developing programmes and was marked by an Agitos Foundation media relay. For the recipient NPC, the verified milestone was equipment provision, not a claim of subsequent competition results.
