NPC Ghana hosted a three-day athlete development workshop in Accra in late November 2021 through the Para Sport Against Stigma project. Representatives from Ghana, Malawi and Zambia worked with IPC staff and consultants on two-year plans for athlete pathways.
The story
The programme addressed access, talent identification and stronger national structures. Ghana's Secretary General Peter Adjei described the exchange as valuable preparation for building a more comprehensive development programme and hosting future continental activity.
