Mahmoud Rajab wins Libya’s discus world title in New Delhi

Mahmoud Rajab took the men’s discus F57 gold medal at the New Delhi 2025 World Para Athletics Championships on 2 October. The official day-six medal report placed Brazil’s Thiago Paulino dos Santos second and India’s Azul Kaushik third. Rajab’s victory gave Libya a place among the nations celebrating world titles that day. The published list establishes the podium order but does not give his winning distance, so this archive preserves the confirmed championship result without adding an unsupported performance mark.
