Seychelles joins the first capacity-building workshops in Bonn

Seychelles was represented at the first Organisational Capacity Programme workshops run by the Agitos Foundation and IPC Academy in Bonn. The four-day course brought together delegates from 13 countries to work on leadership, management and sport promotion. Seychelles secretary general Fiona Paulin described plans to share the learning with colleagues and use a wider range of organisational strategies. The programme trained participants to deliver activities in their own countries, with continuing support for longer-term NPC development.
