The Para sport story of Sudan.
Sudan's Paralympic history includes a gold medal for Mohamad Ahmed Isam in the men's shot put 1B at Arnhem 1980. The IPC results archive records his winning distance as 7.05 metres. A more recent development milestone came in December 2025, when Sudan was represented at an IPC-supported Arabic-language Para canoe seminar in Cairo. That programme combined classification and coaching education to help participating federations develop the sport nationally.
