Burundian coach builds Para powerlifting knowledge in Ethiopia

Burundian coach Chantal Ndayongeje joined Para powerlifting technical courses in Addis Ababa from 25–27 September 2018. The IPC-published report described practical and theoretical instruction for athletes, coaches and officials from 12 African countries. Ndayongeje highlighted learning in talent identification, training techniques and competition strategy, with the intention of applying it to athletes at home. Supported by the Agitos Foundation, the courses aimed to help national programmes develop the expertise needed for sustainable participation and competition.
