IPC Deputy Chief Executive Officer Kristina Molloy visited Lilongwe in late July 2026 to review Malawi’s Para sport development. Meetings brought together the national committee, the National Council of Sports, government ministries and teachers trained in I’mPOSSIBLE. The IPC’s account praised cooperation between education and sport authorities to create opportunities for people with disabilities. It also recalled Malawi’s IPC membership in 2011 and Paralympic debut at Rio 2016, placing the visit within a longer programme of national development.
