Delegates from Côte d’Ivoire, Guinea, Niger and Togo joined an online Organisational Capacity Programme workshop linking West African NPCs and Haiti in March 2021. Sessions covered governance and planning, with practical discussions and mentor support. Participants prepared action plans intended for implementation over two years. The Toyota-supported NPC Development Programme enabled the training as committees adapted to remote participation. Guinea worked with mentor Laurence Roy, who also supported Senegal. The IPC account records completed learning and planned follow-up; it does not confirm that national action plans had been fully implemented or connect the workshop to particular medals.
