A November 2014 workshop in Freetown brought together nine athletes, administrators and NPC representatives to develop a strategic plan for Para sport in Sierra Leone. Led by Unisa Deen Kargbo through the Agitos Foundation's Organisational Capacity Programme, the group also examined Paralympic communication and how to organise activities with available resources. Follow-up proposals included presenting the draft plan with a supporting budget and creating an awareness day. The IPC report documents a planning milestone, rather than confirming those proposed activities were subsequently delivered.
